Academic Year Rates

Semester and yearly rates for the academic year are provided below. Each student is billed per person, per semester as part of the Â鶹Æƽâ°æ billing schedule.

Along with the listed rates you will find the primary population of students housed in a hall. Housing costs are added to a student’s Eagle Service bill each semester. 


2024-2025 Housing Rates

All rates are inclusive of the $18 per person, per semester residence hall programming fee.

Transfer students are housed based on their self-identified classification upon admission. Abroad at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ students are housed in specific residence halls based on program requirements.

Meal Plan information and costs are available through One Card & Dining Services.
