- Professor Emily Schaeffer Omer-Man is an expert in International Humanitarian Law with two decades of experience as a litigator in Israeli, American, and foreign courts. Alongside teaching at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, Prof. Omer-Man runs a non-profit law practice specializing in strategic transnational Business & Human Rights litigation. She is regularly invited to lecture and interviewed by the media on the application of international law to areas of armed conflict and occupation and has been called as an expert before the UN Committee on Palestine and the UN Security Council. In 2020 she received the IIE Goldberg Prize for Peace in the Middle East.
