Bender Library has purchased a site-license for EndNote for all Â鶹Æƽâ°æ faculty, staff, and students. You may download the software using the DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE link under the TECHNOLOGY section, when you log into the myÂ鶹Æƽâ°æ.american.edu portal.

You may also contact the IT Help Desk at 202-885-2550, helpdesk@american.edu, or via instant message at AskAmericanUHelp to have a copy of the CD sent to you if you prefer. If you don't have a campus mailing address, please include your U.S. postal mailing address in the request.

Installation instructions are available for:

Mac OS X
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7

Please check with the Library for EndNote training or assistance with using the software. There are also EndNote Tutorials available online.
